OH Boy Nortons and password manager WOEs Empty
PostSubject: OH Boy Nortons and password manager WOEs   OH Boy Nortons and password manager WOEs I_icon_minitimeSeptember 29th 2018, 9:19 pm

To make a long story short. I couldn't get into my password vault.
Chatted with Norton's 4 times Each time it was corrected. After I left and had my control back, then it wouldn't recognize my new vault password.
So back I'd go, round and round.
I told them if I had the same problem I would no longer use Nortons.

So I decided to complain to Centurylink and rather than chat I called them by phone.
I went over and over all that was done to no success as it reverted back to the same problem.
Even with the new password and new HINT didn't make a whit of difference.
So She sent me to chat after explaining things with her on the phone.

Now this has been almost 6 hours over two days.

But getting back to where I am at now, I kept suggesting that "Delete the program and start over like I was a new customer.
AND FINALLY THE LAST TECHNICIAN TOOK MY ADVICE  Rolling Eyes
LOW AND BEHOLD IT WORKED!!!!! Laughing Laughing Laughing

SO IT PAYS TO PERSIST!
