Tuning Adjustment Tools DIY Empty
PostSubject: Tuning Adjustment Tools DIY   Tuning Adjustment Tools DIY Icon_minitimeDecember 11th 2018, 6:02 pm

I needed some non metallic tuning tools a few years back. For adjusting some HV pots, coils, etc.
So I found an old plastic knitting needle and ground the tip flat to make a screwdriver, and ground another to make a hex core tool.

Cost: Garage sale .25   Dirt cheap.

Just be sure they are non-metallic types.

The metal types might make good shaft extensions. Have you looked at the price of DIY aluminum rod stock? Geezzz.  The hollow ones could be used as spacers too..
