Thankyou cliff i thought because they wrote 50+50 twice on the can that there was 4 caps in it!

No. The 50+50 means the paper or metal can has 2 capacitors inside and each value is 50 MFD and each has a upper working voltage of no more than 350 Volts D.C.

Oops sorry finger slipped! When i got to the electrolytic can it says on it 50+50uf /350v and under it it says cfl 50+50uf /350. when i look under the can there is two terminals does this mean that each terminal is 100 microfarads? I have never worked on a telefunken so I am a little confused! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
