The CVARS hamfair will be on July 28th this year, at the fairgrounds in Chehalis WA.

This one is one of those hamfairs where almost anything might turn up.
I have found some really rare items at this one over the years.
Prices are typically better than most hamfairs too.

I will be there with antique radios, mass tubes, old B&W TV sets, and whatever.

(If we get the SF97 returned from DRMO fast enough, we might even bring the restored 1981 Military 5 ton 6X6 loaded and the 1-1/2 ton trailer loaded too! Rolling Eyes )

The hamfair was pretty good as far as some items I really needed, ie:
Sencore powerite- less lkg probe, an entire multi drawer tool box full of NIB ceramic caps, micas, 1600V buffer caps, HEP, ECG, & SK transistors. Shocked
A CRT tester & an old neon type cap lkg tester. (Got the cap tester for the neat case for a project.)
And a binder full of Westinghouse radio OEM schematics.

Oh, & I won Cool Smile a door prize of a talking digital clock and an ARRL handbook that was still in the wrapper!

So it was fun as far as I was concerned.
A couple of old cap bridges, eye type, went for way more than they were worth too, at the auction.
Looking fwd to next years hamfair there, if I am still above dirt.
