R/C networks are most commonly referred to as couplates. Pronounced Koo-plates. They were used in the 1950s and 1960s during the transition from tube radios and were mainly seen in plastic tabletop radios during the change from hand wired circuits to printed circuits. I will see if I can provide some links here for files on couplates.
