Start your post explaining what you are showing. then use the edit buttons at the top of the post .
Note: You need to Either have your Pictures that you want to show either in your Pictures folder on you computer, in which case you will choose host picture
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

click on the browse button (The above image Shows that button with an arrow) to find your computer picture. When you find your picture click on it then it will load the location and then click on the host it button a new popup box will show (Choose Your picture file to upload)

Then you will find at the top of the edit box the edit features click on the host in each button and a popup menu box will show.
In blue letters it says upload your image.
 You have two choices,
A- either a file on your computer or B- an URL which is on the web.
There are five choices on picture sizes. Please choose either 640 PIX or 320 PIX, the others are two big to fit on our forum and take a lot more space than needed.
First click on the browse button to find your computer picture file, be sure the file has a black dot in it.
When you have found it, click on the file name.  It will transfer the data, then click on the host it  button.
You do this by going to your pictures folder and clicking on the picture in the new box.  Its wording at the top says choose file to upload.  It will put the name of the file in the file name box.  Click the open button.  The popup window closes and the file name and location now shows up in the file box, click on the host it button.

A new box shows up with three choices
One thumbnail
Two image
Three image URL
Click on the copy button for future use, it saves the URL to your clipboard.
Then you get a popup for Internet explorer, it asks  do you want to allow this webpage to access your clipboard?  Now click on the allow access, then that pop up window closes.
Down at the bottom in blue print is the word upload, click on that.
There is now the problem and that the window won't close, until you click in the edit post, where you first started your post.  On the image button, click on that and it shows a link picture as a small single chain.  Click on the window box and live a right click then choose the word paste, now click on the OK button.

Now go down to your preview and see if it loaded
It does
Again go down to the bottom and click on the send button, you are now done.
