Thanks Frank for Posting that, This is about the 4th Year in a row that I have attended This event, and always found something that I sold, and bought.

The rest of you Washingtonian's that don't go, are missing out on some great fun, meeting new people, finding gadgets, Transceivers, Antique Radios, electronic parts,  test equipment , Door prizes, and Food. Last year there was in my estimation at least 300+ tables setup and around 1,800-2,000 people in attendance.

So If you want to get out and do something? then, come on down. cheers

P.S. There's free parking and free smiles too! Vendors start arriving before 8am and doors open at 9am.

Frank told a Fib. He got a good deal on different location, on the first floor. Nice to see Frank there. There were More People there this Saturday waiting to get in then I believe I saw the last previous 3 years. The foot traffic was very congested, but there was a lot of good buys, and of course pricy stuff too. The weather was Great, cold but warmed up later. I bought a power supply 12V, 5 amps DC for $5.
A Tektronix 422 O'scope for $40 with probe and cover. Also bought a Triplett 3435 Sweep Generator for a closing price of $8, not a bad Haul all in all.

Good to see Cliff, Rodney(Palegreenthumb), and OldradioGeorge there.
Rodney god a HUGE box of 'lytics from me- THANKS! I really didn't want to haul them home.

Good hamfair. cheers cheers cheers

Sadly I'm seeing fewer and fewer of the old timers there, though.

Dead tired today, and quite sore as I slipped off the tailgate of the truck after putting in the last items, and hit the asphalt hard.(almost 4' drop!) I'll survive, but its going to be a sore few days.

Can't wait until I feel a bit better to get out the almost mint Heathkit emission tube tester I scored. One model I had not seen before.

Had a guy offer me ten bux for a 25W Heathkit guitar amp. He fed me a line of BS and flat out lied about  "what it came with" .What an idiot.
I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday. (It was the day before. Wink ).

A big thanks to the Mike & Key club for all the efforts they put forth for the hamfair.
