In England they are stuff such as junk, parts drugs, anything salable, sold out of ones car trunk. They also call a car hood a bonnet.

Hi guys, i have bought sets from Boot sales, Ebay, word of mouth. My wife is Canadian and she has a large old Marconi saved over there in Winnipeg, it was her that restarted my radio collection, repair/restoration. I have sets from the 30,s to the 60,s.....regards......Alan.
