Weather should soon start warming up enough to try and get a radio room set up in the workshop of the new digs here. Unpacked this one earlier today. A Heathkit Mohican that I saved from going into a dumpster a few years ago. Looking forward to seeing if I can get it working. It's surprisingly clean both inside as well as out too. Considering the way it had been stored and for how long.

I believe I even have a manual for it packed away here somewhere too. I may look on the web for one just in case. Just like radios, one can never have enough manuals around. Very Happy

Cliff, I now have a bit of free time to try and set up a listening station. Tomorrow, I start doing radio stuff after too long a stretch of going without and I'm looking forward to it! Very Happy

This Mohican is going alongside a Lafayette Ha-800B. I also think I have my Realistic DX-160 still packed away that will be coming out too. At least I hope it is. I'm afraid I may still have it packed away on PEI in the storage building. My 2 Kenwood R-5000's are still in hiding too. Can't remember where I packed them.

I have a humongous attic overhead and I plan on setting up antennas there, eventually setting a couple outside as well.
