 Resistor measurement to compare by Spreadsheet

I worked out a formula to use in a spreadsheet to compare actual printed value on subject resistor and actual measured value.


Resistor needed in OHMs             measured value in OHMs
-------------------------------------
 1.00                               0.89 
--------------------------
 Resistance Percentage Change -11%

Cell # A1--> "resistor needed in OHMs "  Cell # B2--> "measured value in OHMs "
Cell # A2--> 1.00 Cell # A1--> 0.89 

Cell # A4 --> Resistance Percent Change               Cell # A4 --> -11% 

Formula for cell #A4      =(B2-A2)/ABS(A2)

Nice one Cliff. I have a similar one that I use, but yours looks a bit neater than mine. Think I'll make the switch. Smile
