The coloration & design looks vaguely like a lot of the Philco and Clough-Bringle (sp) test gear I have seen.

Hi all!

Opened up another box of stuff I packed for the move here and found this item for my display. I haven't opened it up to see the insides yet, so there may be info inside, but  would appreciate any info you folks out there might have on it.
