I should add, that it will likely work on other brands of emission tube testers, as they did make them for several brands. You would have to figure out the setup data though.
 IIRC, Eico printed the CRT setup data on some of their roll charts.

That will work on the B&W tubes with the Duodecal base, IIRC.
It will not work with color tubes.
