Dan, I don't have one of those, but Magnavox (& maybe RCA -volume?-) used one similar in a color TV control (tint?) which had 3 ball bearings. Trying to remember back to the 70's on that one. I am thinking some of the parts might work for a repair. Best of luck.

I am in need of the small inner shaft for an RCA 9K-1 or a GE model E98. The chassis are the same. When I bought the radio it did not have the shaft, but it does have the three ball bearings. This is the fine tuning of the tuning capacitors.
I need the small bearing, the spring the shaft and the clip [see photo ] Thanks Dan in Calgary
