THAT LOOKS LIKE A FAIRLY MODERN UNIT. MOST OF THEM I HAVE SEEN WERE MADE IN THE 1930S OR 1940S USING LARGE TRIODE TUBES. THESE TUBES APPEAR TO BE BEAM POWER SWEEP TUBES AS USED IN TV HORIZONTAL OUTPUT CIRCUITS. THEY ALSO APPEAR TO BE OF JAPANESE/EUROPEAN DESIGN SUCH AS THE PL500 USED IN SOME OLDER TUBE TYPE HAM RADIO EQUIPMENT. IT LOOKS LIKE THE OSCILLATORY CIRCUIT IS A PUSH-PULL HARTLEY OSCILLATOR TYPE. THE OSCILLATING FREQUENCY WILL BE FAIRLY HIGH AROUND 30 MHZ. BE CAREFUL IF YOU POWER IT UP AS THE HIGH VOLTAGE ON THE TUBE PLATE CAPS COULD BE DANGEROUS. MAKE SURE THERE IS SOME KIND OF LOAD ON THE OUTPUT CIRCUIT TO PREVENT DAMAGING THE TUBES.

Hello  Smile

I received a diathermy device, whose oscillator uses two tubes that have no identification. I include a link to XXXXXXXXXXXXXX Chassis Viewan image of the chassis. I would greatly appreciate if someone can identify them. It would also be very useful if you can discuss what kind of circuit it is.

My best regards.
Rob
