I looked up some other reference material along with yours.

You must read installation instructions
and the tutorial!!!!

This is a huge Zip File 1.8 gbyte

it took me about 15-20 minutes at 8-900 kbytes per second
LOOK for this Highlighted word "HERE"

Detailed download and installation instructions for PUB LOG are available HERE Free

must have PDF for instructions
Note you don't need a CD or DVD (but you maybe able to create one)

I have used these for OFFICIAL Parts ordering For the Navy Shipyards as an assistant to Shop 67 (Electronics)Plannermen


You need to familiarize yourself With nomenclature such as FLIS, FEDLOG ,fisc, cage.etc
once you have read instructions you could experiment to find out how to Search.
I installed with IMD64 Application

I wish I had this while working, At the time we only had Microfiche.
you can print out in several formats.
