Seems to be the 5 tubes that this set used are all UX201A . According to Radio Museum. Have you had any Luck? on the Schematic? So any tube with the number 01A should work. they are all triodes, 5 volt .25 amp filament, .

That's a difficult schematic to find. The Original tubes are listed here in the following link with pictures. If you click on the listed tube it will show which are replaceable. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Greetings, I need a schematic and any instructions for a five tube Sleeper Model 60, battery operated radio. I have only one tube which is a 01A ST style tube. I would assume it takes the Globe style tubes. Cunningham or equivalent
