It is around an hour and 40 minutes.
The copy of a video tape, the quality isn't what I would consider great.
It has about 12 + chapters so if you want to take a break just click on the pause then wright down the time that shows in the left bottom of the screen. so when you want stop, wright down the link so you can return later and start where you left off. It shows the buttons to press in sequence which helps.

Also if you want to you can copy the transcript and paste into Notebook or MS-word.
you will see three dots below the screen. It will give you a couple of choices, the one you want is Transcript.
So clip and copy then paste.
You can edit to remove the time location if you wish (what I personally do ) then in your Word program you can edit the list because it will be a strip without punctuation marks and spaces. It isn't formatted to your liking so you can merge broken sentences and remove times if you wish.
