How to use the Calendar Link

Look to the Index at the top of the screen for the Calendar and click on it. Then, When you get into the calendar,

 look to the bottom right of the Month and day you choose for your announcement event. You will see a small Icon Calendar, click on that, and it will change to a forum type of screen. Then just put in your data.
