Thanks to Cliff for his response.

I think I've answered my own question.  You might want to file this away in case you happen to work on one of these in the future.

The ones I'm working on are Ca, Cb, Cc and Cd, Ce, and Cf which are trimmers for the Mixer and Oscillator stage.  I believe they are the unlabeled variables just the right of the Mixer and Oscillator coils on the schematic.  There are actually eight of them but I'm only interested in those six.

Yesterday, I took a hard look and figured out that it's easy to unsolder the hot lead on those six and get in there with the LCR meter and measure.  What I found is that all six of them are the same value, approximately 4-22 pF.  So I ordered some 5-30pF units and will see how that goes.  They are not exactly the same mechanically so mounting could be a challenge.
