It wouldn't download for me the first time by right clicking and saving the link. However, when left clicking the link, the page came up OK. When I tried to download it, a window popped up and said there was a certificate available for this link, do I want to download it. I clicked yes and had no issues from that point. I'm using the Brave browser here.

It Must be security settings on my computer. I tried again and it still doesn't work.
OH! I  think I know why You Link shows the address as HTTP.
Foxfire Will only open if it's HTTPS
Firefox wouldn't open my Email, so I had to change my Email from no security to Standard Security.
The POPUP window only offers two choices:
Restricted or Standard


If I don't click one or the other it probably defaults to none.
Link Still doesn't Work
So Not to worry myself I just found the Link I provided.

My Email now Works. But Still.....
Firefox has change to recognize HTTP and through the my browser as HTTPS and sends a signal to that link That it changes. (just a recent Update)
So Maybe that link hasn't set up to change. What this does is Encrypt both the sender and receiver.


I went to my Browser and Just learned that it incorporates a Sandbox. Which keeps everything inside the sandbox so Malware, virus cannot get to the Admin account.

Interesting. I just clicked on the link again and I was able to access the handbook just fine.

That link on my computer is no good for me.
