1. find a line filter and plug it in the florescent light.
2. You may need to replace the ballast in the light, sounds like it might be starting to fail.
3. Make sure that the wiring in the art studio is wired correctly, you may have the neutral and ground wires reversed.

I'm sure this long, long article is inclusive but I feel like I'm wading through Obama's health care law (over 900 pages!) to find one piece of in formation: Where in the RFI information can I find the fix for my problem: when my wife turns on the fluorescent lights in her art studio outbuilding, I get severe interference.[/i]
