I'll chime in as well.  I have ordered from Sal twice.  The Caps have been first class, the prices reasonable and processing and shipping plenty fast.  Great selection too!

This review is based on my own experiences with Sal's, and is my own opinion. It is not necessarily that of the site owner.

I placed an order for an entire selection of all of his AC line capacitor values and a mylar capacitor kit.
All arrived  in a timely fashion and was well packed.  5 / 5
 I placed my order online, and it was easy to do, with no real problems, other than he waited for my check to clear. In this day and age, that is a prudent thing to do.  5 / 5

Capacitors appear good quality and values individually packed and marked, not jumbled together. 5 / 5

All in all, a 5 rating
