Please remember to post a make model, and a manufacturer of device when requesting assistance. This makes it so much easier for us to help you. 
Also look in the cabinet, under it or on the chassis for a "RUN NUMBER" This is critical. This denotes a change from the original schematic or parts values. Most often stamped on the back apron of the chassis. 

 There have been a couple of new members asking for help lately just posting a model number.

 Several manufacturers use the exact same model numbers, so it is hard to determine which manufacturer's product you need assistance on.

 To make this even worse, at least one manufacturer (Sears/Silvertone) started using old model numbers on newer items. So the confusion is doubled at times.
