Dial Tuning Cord Repair Basics for the Philips B4X23A/74 Tube Radio

Does anyone have access to a dial tuning cord repair guide for the Philips B4X23A/74 tube radio--circa 1963? There may be a guide for a similar Philips radio which provides the information I will need.

I also need information on how to re-calibrate the needle once the dial tuning cord repair is made.

In addition, I am also seeking a user guide for this radio--perhaps in PDF format that could be emailed to me. Or information on a source where this user guide/manual might be obtained if a PDF file is not available.
