Maybe you are not getting any actual output from the sweep generator. If your oscilloscope and scope probe is in good shape then the sweep generator likely has a fault in it. You will have to check it out and make repairs. Good luck.

I have a sweep marker genarator EP-655-B when I connect its RF output with the 10: 1 probe of the oscilloscope I see a sine wave on my oscilloscope and when I turn the potentiometer frequency marker the frequency changes on the display of the generator while the wave does not change on the oscilloscope my question is what this behavior is right or there is a problem in the generator and how I can use this generator in the radios and tv sets; thanks
