Grunow 1191 Volume too loud

Send it back to the radio repair shop. Why try to fix their mistakes... Keep complaining until it works right. Tell us who if you don't get satisfaction.

A while back I picked up a Grunow 1191, and just recently someone replaced all the capacitors and resistors for me. I just got the chassis back today, and when I turned it on the volume at its lowest setting is extremely loud, and only gets louder from there. When I bought this radio, the volume was fine. I live in an apartment building, and if I turn the radio on I'll get complaints from the lady living below me. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening? Is there a way to lower the volume?
