Thanks for the comments. The tone is not quite as mellow as I would like , but I find that every radio has a little different sound.. It is a keeper and I like it . Dan in Calgary

I am Impressed. That dial and eye really stand out, and it has an 8" speaker. Must have very rich sound. The cabinet is outstanding on your workmanship skills. Good Job!!!!

Here is my latest finished radio. An RCA tombstone which had the electrolytic caps changed at one time. I went through it and changed all the caps and installed a new 6E5 eye tube. I also added a phono jack for an MP3 player The cabinet got the usual treatment with stripping, staining, Mohawk toner, new decals [from radio Daze], and now it looks good and plays very nice. since we are a little slow here you guys might like to see it .
