Do they Have a Web Page?

My laptop had a problem and I tried to find a local shop to take it to.  5 places and each were out of business.  I remembered a place I had used before for a non-hardware problem.  It is Boxaid.com .  They are reasonably priced, and if you can get your unit on the internet, they can remote access and troubleshoot your laptop or PC.  They did my job quickly and handily.  They list their pricing structure and advise you when the fee begins.
